今天天氣不是一般地好，在英國，如果遇到好天氣，該幹嘛就幹嘛，要趁機享受陽光，否則下面好多天沒有陽光，就後悔去吧。早上七點多我起床第一個念頭是去海邊跑步。打開門，看看我剛剛被修好的車停的位子不對，趁著早上沒有什麼車經過，我決定把車先停到家門口來，經過幾個折騰，車被我正正經經地停好了，準確地在家門口，車鑰匙和大門鑰匙拿在手裡，準備出發去跑步，不想再麻煩把車鑰匙送回家了。
早上的陽光太燦爛，海在陽光的照耀下，散發出藍寶石一樣的光，我一邊跑一邊想著在海邊跑步的好處，比如免費的負離子，還有，面對著海，如此遼闊，心裏面什麼不開心的事情都會散去，我還想，如果有天可以釣螃蟹，是個好主意。這樣想著，跑完步就回來，穿過紅綠燈的人行道，穿到一半的時候，低頭髮現自己車鑰匙的一半掉在地上，就是發動車的那部分，遙控的那部分在手裡，撿起來繼續走。等我到了家門口，再看看，那一半車鑰匙又不見了。
糟糕至極，心裏面暗叫不好！自從買了車，出了無數的問題，上次修一點小問題被車行老闆弄手腳，後來放在另外一個車行半年才被修好，花了900磅，賬單還沒付，帶給我無窮無盡的煩惱，現在剛拿回來，車鑰匙又不見了！是不是這個車是倒霉車，一有這樣的念頭，趕緊停住，沒有用，找鑰匙才是最重要的！趕緊回頭去找，一邊走一邊禱告，我沿著家門口到海邊走了兩遍都沒看見車鑰匙，沮喪極了。本來我以為沒有車的遙控部分，是不可能打開車的，我可以先去教會，回來再想辦法。後來想想，如果有人撿到那部分鑰匙，可以手動打開車門，將車開走。我真是覺得難過極了！就放棄吧，我準備吃了早飯，等著人來接我去教會。
坐在飯桌前吃早飯，我根本吃不下去。腦子裡全是鑰匙的事情，索性再禱告，心裏面太難過了，我很少為什麼事情不能吃飯和睡覺，現在體會到了。這次禱告的時候，腦子裡出現了一幅圖畫，是海邊的B&B旅館，很強烈的印象，揮之不去。飯也吃不下去，我索性放下飯碗，又回去找，這次走到了海邊的B&B哪裡，出現了幾個人，有來旅遊的中國人，有在旅館工作的當地男人，問了中國人，他們說沒有看見鑰匙，那個當地的男人幫我找了一遍，還是沒有找到。我放棄了，回家，著急死了，著急的時候，什麼辦法都沒有了，我只能求助神了，索性把方言用上了，我一邊走路，一邊說方言，連走錯了路都不知道，看到我的人一定覺得我很滑稽。快走到家門口的時候，我覺得還是應該回到B&B那裡，腦子裡連鑰匙的樣子都出現了，不能放棄。
這次再回到B&B，我索性一家一家旅館的門口敲開，對他們講我的車鑰匙丟了，有沒有看見。問了三家，都沒有看到，有一家的主人應該是經常看到我跑步，告訴我說他看見我過馬路的時候系鞋帶，好搞笑啊。我決定放棄了，這時有家人的門口突然打開了，一個穿著艷紅色睡衣的老太太出來了，她看起來有80歲了，我決定去問問她，她的耳朵有些聾，我趴在她耳朵上才將事情講清楚，她很遺憾地說沒看見，不過，又加了一句話，my darling, if somebody pick up your key, they may put it somewhere in the pillar。I really want to help you but I can't help you more. 帶著沮喪，我真的準備放棄了。
這次拐了彎，離開了海邊的大道，心裏面充滿了失望，失落！昨天教會裡的禱告上面，神還給我一句話說，don't let your heart be troubled! god's calling brings joy. Do not fear!我對神說，bring that joy back to me。fulfill your word。那個老太太說的那句話突然湧上心頭，my darling, if somebody pick up your key, they may put it somewhere in the pillar。如果有人撿到你的鑰匙，他們可能會放在柱子上面這樣的地方。
就像一個蒙太奇的鏡頭，我的心裏面突然被打開了，我迅速地回頭，如果用拍電影的手法，我極快地回到海邊的B&B，搜索了每個B&B前門花園半人高的圍牆，看到第三個的時候，我的半截車鑰匙愕然地躺在那裡！抓在手裡，那個老太太還站在家門口！她就像英國偵探小說里給人啟示和線索的智慧老人，我衝過去緊緊抱著她，對她說謝謝！告訴她鑰匙找到了。
有很多感受，尋找的，就遇見！另外就是，出了問題，不要分析，self-introspection，self-blame，不放棄，執著地走下去，尤其是禱告當中出現B&B的畫面，回頭幾次都找不到，如果放棄的話，就是半途而廢了。另外，我們禱告當中說，if God didn't answer your pray, just keep on kocking at the door! just pray, do not let your heart be troubled! 就一定可以找到答案！

- well, i don't live in the city. i live in suburb. the concept of "city" here is a bit different from europe and china.

where is the richest area of the states? New York or SF or LA? Based on my knowledge, I can only guess these several places.

i guess you meant for new york city, not new your state...
nyc, sf and la are not really rich areas. they are in the spotlight all the time and there are some really rich folks living there. yes there are few rich pockets in those cities, but in average, those three metro areas are known for high cost of living, relative low wages/salaries and high crime rate. one of reasons for this is huge number of poor people living in those three metro areas.
fairfax county, loudoun county of northern virginia are two richest counties in the states. i am not aware of any super rich tycoons living around here but certainly a lot of rich people living around here, and average household income around here is on the top of all counties in the states.
the way of structure of society, the formation of businesses and communities make those less fortunate people very difficult to live around here. also most of federal agencies are actually located in northern virginia, instead of dc, so a lot of federal agents, a lot of cops around here. so it is not disirable area for criminals.

- 618o382: 老外的習慣和你的神一點關係沒有，別什麼好事都歸於你們的神。可是這些習慣我不知道啊，如果沒有禱告，我找不回來。我想說的是，神如何幫助我找到，將正確的信息傳達給我。
老外把拾到的東西放在電線杆等顯眼處，這是個常識。
