餐館大老闆昨天打電話給我說baileys酒斷檔,
我二話沒說就開著女兒的雙門賓士出去了,
言下之意也是大老闆要我在bar 台上工作1-2 小時.
春季,baileys 銷售最好,而baileys 的雞尾酒中,Bailey's and Amaretto 又最好:
Baileys Irish cream 和 amaretto almond liqueur 等比例混合,
效果還是相當不錯,喜歡Baileys 這口的也可以用
1/3 baileys + 2/3 amaretto almond liqueur,效果更好.
bloody mary 春季也流行
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Tomoto Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper & Salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Celery
- Glassware: Highball Glass
pink lady 女人的最愛:
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz applejack
1/4 oz lemon juice
1-2 dashes grenadine
1 egg white
maraschino cherry for garnish.
馬提尼:
1)把冰塊裝滿調酒容器中,
2)倒入GIN八成,VERMOUTH兩成,
3)快速搖動調酒容器10秒,
4)把混合液體倒入標準酒杯,
5)放一粒OLIVER/一絲青檸檬皮於酒中.

1.每瓶酒通常是750mL=16shots

3.Gin :
Tanqueray ,Gordon's Gin
Gin is frequently used in martinis or in gin and tonic. A gin martini generally has a touch of vermouth, but is essentially straight gin.
3.Rum
Rum 80 proof like most liquors, Rum can be dark or light.
4.Tequila
Most tequila is not aged, but if i prefer the term Anejo on the bottle, it was aged for at least a year. The taste of anejo tequilas is vastly different from those that aren't aged, so even if you think you don't like tequila, you should try something anejo.
5.Vodka
Ahh, vodka. all vodka iswatered down from 190 proof to the 80-100 range.
The better a vodka is, the less you will taste it. Vodka is best straight, chilled. You can store vodka
6.Whiskey
Whiskey ,jack daniel (black and white)comes in many forms (and two spellings), such as Irish, Scotch, Bourbon, Rye, and Canadian.
