My daughter ember attends your facility in marietta on Johnson ferry and I wanted to send you an email to tell you how grateful I am for their actions during the snow storm on Tuesday. I was of those individuals stuck on the road for many hours. I was on the road for over 12 hours and unfortunately my husband was out of town. Annie checked in with me throughout the day to make sure that I was OK and to assure me that ember was well. Her calm demeanor during this time was very comforting. The fact that Annie, Andy and Cassie were there to care for daughter made my stressful day a little less stressful. I cannot express in words how I feel, I will be eternally grateful for all of them. From what I understand, Cassie even returned to work after leaving work so that she could help. I asked Michelle for your email because I think that these employees need to be recognized for actions. I am so lucky to know that my daughter is in the care of individuals who will go the extra mile to make sure my daughter is loved and cared for when I can not be around.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Shafe
