Not a good day

Yesterday wasn't a good day for me.  For some reason, I started out the day feeling frustrated.  I expressed my anger and frustration unnecessarily on a few people.  My wife, of course, was the first one to suffer.  I really feel sorry for that.  She somehow saw through it and very generously and kindly pointed it out to me.  I have always taught my brothers and sisters to be kind, generous, gracious and patient, and I failed my own teaching of the Bible.  Biblical knowledge does not equal to spirituality, and I provided an example of that.  May God help me.
