Impulsive law enforcement is often a bastardized method of governance which exacerbates social conflicts. It is a last-ditch effort for disguising inadequate political actions, usually resulting in bad outcomes. It reflects a policy-maker's impotence (inability to execute the responsibilities pertaining to a profession) and lack of morality (actions which do not reflect on the benefits of a country』s people and a law-maker』s integrity) in the most potent way.
