再講印度 四

可是印度不只是只有這幾個電影明星和富豪啊。印度有13億人口，應該讓印度人都有機會發揮才能，過上好日子。在對於自然環境，產業結構，和人的觀念方面，印度有很多事情要做的，有很多需要改變的。我不是莫迪政府，我不知道怎麼樣替他們規劃. 但是我覺得，中國和印度有相似的背景，比如缺乏資源，人口眾多，教育程度不夠。但是中國的改革發展成功了。在政治改革中，印度有十足的理由可以依靠中國的經驗，因為這是最基本的東西。印度在產業的結構上以及設立上，還要很大程度依靠歐美的技術，就連中國也需要他們呀. 如果印度還是保持貧富懸殊，印度長期沒有辦法趕上世界的現代化潮流，印度這個國家就很難維持. 有了政治上科學合理長期的規劃，有了隨之而來的行政權力和手段，有了國際上的各種合作支持。不同的貸款，技術輸入創新，人員來往。從能源的開發，基礎設施的建設，產業的引進完備，市場開拓，等等，就可以一步一步發展。同時，改變民眾的觀念，開放思想，接受現代化的理念，以及管理方式。印度人是非常聰明的，做對了,很快就會發展起來的。而且印度有中國人沒有的優勢，印度因為所處的地理位置，以及過去的歷史，兼并容納了不同的宗教和文化。而且英語是印度的主要語言之一， 所以，印度吸收新的訊息容易，和跟世界不同國家文化交流方便，在世界系統中是能夠避免很多障礙的。如果中國的長處是輕工業產業和銷往全世界的輕工業產品，這些東西是不需要語言溝通的，印度擅長的就是依靠語言的服務類，和豐富多彩的文化產品，比如寶萊塢，精美手工的藝術品，文化遺迹旅遊業，是吧？印度人很聰明，這也是人才資源，在國內可以用來創新，輸出也是一種文明發展動力。比如來美國的印度人,整個改變了世界軟體和信息產業。去阿聯酋的那些印度人，幫助創立了迪拜的奇迹， 還有很多印度人在沙特印度等等，Dear Vladimir, 那些來俄國的錫克人，是不是幫著你將俄國的貨賣到南亞去啊？俄國想發展人工智慧，為什麼不用印度人呢？印度人都互相溝通，大家都在人工智慧的行業，他們和美國的歐洲的印度的搞人工智慧的人互相聯絡，閃發智慧的火花，幫助你創新，你還求之不得呢！

Indians who come to the United States, for example, have changed the world's software and information industries.  Indians who went to the UAE helped create the Dubai miracle, and many Indians in Saudi Arabia, and so on. Sikhs who came to Russia, didn't they help Vladimir sell Russian goods to South Asia? Russia wants to develop artificial intelligence, why not use the Indians?
