接納文化要漸進  Gradual acceptance of culture
在文化豐富，人來人往頻繁的地方，社會會比較開放，人們比較寬容，但是對自己文化的保護從來沒有減少過.在那些比較閉塞的地方，跟外界沒有什麼流通，祖祖輩輩在這塊土地上生長，很少見到外人的，要他們一下子接受外來文化和異族，你就是帶著整噸的錢，那他們要的是錢可不要你的人，也不親近你們的文化. 俄國亞洲部分，知之者甚少，廣袤無垠，人口稀疏.我曾經在滿洲里隔著海關眺望北方，那是一片寂寞灰色的土地。當夜晚降臨，滿洲里燈光一片像內華達的賭城雷諾，可是俄國那邊卻是漆黑一片，只有零星的燈光. 試想一下你讓這些地區一下子接受那麼多的中國人，他們不抗議才怪呢！猶太人是世界公民，以前猶太人在歐洲都只能住在政府規定的封閉區域內，出門還要戴牌子表明自己是猶太人. 因為受盡別人的欺負，所以猶太人自覺或不自覺地結成很強的聯繫，形成團體和網路，大家互相緊密幫助，他們才能夠以微弱的種族人口，和全世界抗爭的！以前納粹德國就是以種族優劣為借口一下子滅了6百萬猶太人！俄國人其實對猶太人也是不屑的，普京大帝能做俄國的總統，那是很了不起的！就是在莫斯科，聖彼得堡，這麼開放的地方，俄國人對中國人也是不怎麼樣的.從導遊的口裡我完全可以體會到，這些成年以後去俄國接受高等教育的年青一代，他們並沒有真正融入俄國人的圈子.他們講的是怎麼樣趁俄國經濟衰弱的時候去買奢侈品，導遊最近買的那輛賓士SUV，停在自己家門口被人砸窗戶. 那位學牙醫的女導遊，從來沒有交過俄國男朋友，來俄國10年還在車上說，他們用香水是因為有狐臭！我看她對俄國人的了解和關係，還沒有Jackie跟她的俄國帥哥和製片關係好呢！Jackie和俄國帥哥是可以在一起跳舞打嘴仗的！據說有一次在莫斯科一位八年沒法畢業的中國留學生把導師給殺了，他把頭割下來不知道藏哪裡了，結果全城的警察看見中國人就問「你一定知道頭到哪裡去了?」從此俄國人對中國人的態度大大改變. 可見在俄國,俄國人跟中國人關係距離之大，簡直互不了解,互不相通啊！連首都和大城市都這樣，更何況與世隔絕的亞洲地區呢！俄國人因為人少，地大，而且冷戰以後蘇聯解體，克里米亞戰爭又讓西方對俄國進行長期封鎖，俄國要恢復崛起就需要凝聚人心，凝聚人心最好的辦法就是愛國主義和民族主義，再加上俄國人從來就是瘦死的駱駝比馬大，有孤傲自尊心，以及俄國有優良教育培養出來的高素質的人才，俄國人當然傲視群雄！

In places with rich culture and  people frequent coming and going, the society will be more open and people will be more tolerant, but the protection of their own culture has never been reduced. In those relatively closed places, there is no circulation with the outside world, and ancestors have grown up in this land for generations. They rarely see outsiders. If you want them to accept foreign cultures and alien races at once，even if you are carrying a whole ton of money, they want money, but they don』t want your people and don』t get close to your culture. The Asian part of Russia, with few people knowing it, is vast and sparsely populated. I used to look north across the customs in city Manzhouli. It was a lonely gray land. When night falls, the lights in Manzhouli resemble the Nevada casino city of Reno, but the Russian side is dark with only sporadic lights. Imagine if you let these areas accept so many Chinese at once, it would be strange if they didn't protest! Jews are citizens of the world. In the past, Jews in Europe could only live in closed areas stipulated by the government. They had to wear a sign to indicate that they were Jews when they went out. Because of being bullied by others, the Jews consciously or unconsciously formed strong ties, formed groups and networks, and everyone helped each other closely, only then could they fight the whole world with a weak ethnic population! In the past, Nazi Germany wiped out 6 million Jews on the pretext of racial pros and cons! The Russians actually disdain the Jews. Putin the Great can be the president of Russia. That is great! Even in Moscow and St. Petersburg, such an open place, Russians are not very good to Chinese. From the tour guide, I can fully understand that these young people who go to Russia to receive higher education in adulthood have not really integrated into the Russian circle. They talk about how to buy luxury goods when the Russian economy is weak. The Mercedes-Benz SUV that the tour guide just bought recently was parked in front of his apartment and the window was smashed. The female tour guide who studied dentistry has never had a Russian boyfriend. She has been in Russia for 10 years and still said that Russians use perfume because of body odor! I think her understanding and relationship with Russians is not as good as Jackie's relationship with her Russian handsome boy and producer! Jackie and the handsome Russian guy can dance and talk together! It is said that once in Moscow, a Chinese student who was unable to graduate for eight years killed his professor. He cut off her head and hide it. As a result, the police in the city on seeing the Chinese and asked, "You must know where the head went. " From then on, the attitude of the Russians towards the Chinese has changed drastically. It can be seen that in Russia, the relationship between the Russians and the Chinese is so far apart that they simply don't understand and communicate with each other! This is true even in capitals and major cities, not to mention the isolated Asian region! The Russia is less people bigger land, and the Soviet Union disintegrated after the Cold War, and the Crimean War caused the West to impose a long-term economic blockade on Russia. For Russia to resume its rise, it needs to unite people's hearts. The best way to unite people's hearts is patriotism and nationalism. Coupled with the fact that Russians have always been lean camels bigger than horses, have aloof pride, and Russia has high-quality talents cultivated by excellent education system, Russians certainly stand out the crowd!
