土耳其菜好吃

土耳其菜好吃  Turkish food is delicious
中國人比較擅長做菜,把蔬菜或者海鮮混合起來做. 也善於做早餐,品種繁多各種各樣,大多是鹹的. 中國人不善於做甜點,也不會做濃湯. Jackie偏偏不是中國人的口味, 不喜歡麻辣,不喜歡鮮咸,卻喜歡新鮮爽脆素菜,和有奶油製品淡淡烤肉香的食物. 土耳其的市場上有很多各種顏色的香料,我只認識其中一二個. 他們拚命推薦要我買,說這個是燒雞肉用的,那個是做牛肉用的, 那個是做湯用的,這個是加米飯用的,那個又是海鮮的. 是啊, 他們知道得一清二楚,可在我就是有顏色有香味的粉末而已呀.我告訴他們,我買了有什麼用,我又不知道怎麼放,就像Jackie看見一大堆中國菜,她不知道是什麼,怎麼會去吃呢? 在中國的大城市裡,好像也沒有看見有什麼土耳其餐館的,除了偶爾有一兩個轉盤烤肉,新疆羊肉串,土耳其冰淇淋,土耳其菜在中國是默默無聞的.  可是土耳其菜好吃啊,真的好吃啊,是在中國八大菜系港式西餐之外的另一種特別口味. 同行的整團中國人,沒有一個人不誇獎的,想想看,而且是中國人裡邊嘴巴最叼的廣州人誇獎呢!我覺得中央電視台和各大電視台的餐飲頻道應該多介紹土耳其菜,如何用他們的香料. 並且在市場上應該引進那些香料才好,為什麼? 因為好吃啊,如果在中國菜里能夠適當地運用他們的這些香料,並且借鑒他們食物的烹飪方法,尤其是他們的甜點,擴充中國食物的口味. 比如說中國人的炒飯,揚州炒飯,燒臘炒飯,從來沒見過炒飯裡邊加羊肉胡蘿蔔和堅果葡萄乾的吧,那可是香啊!地中海的魚,那個鮮呢,各種各樣的起士,中國人都不會做也不知道怎麼嘗. 如果以後中國人把它放在中國菜里,比如肉夾饃煎餅果子里加一點,紅燒肉里加點yugurt,濃香啊. 中國人的堅果基本上都是做伍仁放在月餅里了,也學土耳其菜的甜點,或是北歐的,那中國甜點不就更豐富嗎?以後Jackie去中國就不會只讒麥當勞了!什麼拉圾食品麥當勞啊.

The Chinese are better at cooking, mixing vegetables or seafood. The Chinese are also good at making breakfast. There are many varieties and most of them are salty. The Chinese are not good at making desserts and will not make thick soup. And Jackie』s taste is not the taste of the Chinese, she doesn't like spicy, fresh and salty, but likes fresh and crisp vegetarian dishes, and food with creamy barbecue. There are many spices in various colors on the Turkish market, I only know them one or two. They desperately recommend me to buy it, saying that this is for chicken, that is for beef, that is for soup, this is for rice, and that is for seafood. Yeah, they know it clearly, but for me it is just a powder with color and fragrance. I told them what I bought it for, and I don』t know how to put it. Just like Jackie saw a lot of Chinese food, she didn't know what it was, how could she eat it? In big cities in China, it  doesn』t seem to see any Turkish restaurants, except for one or two turntable barbecues occasionally, Xinjiang lamb skewers, Turkish ice cream. Turkish food is unknown in China. But Turkish food is delicious, really. It's delicious. It's another special taste besides Hong Kong-style western food,  China's eight major cuisines. None of the entire group of Chinese people in the industry is uncompromising. No one in the whole group of Chinese compatriots does not praise. Think about it, and it is praised by the most discerning Cantonese among the Chinese! I think the food channels of CCTV and major TV stations should introduce more Turkish dishes and how to use their spices. And you should introduce those spices in the market. Why? Because it 』s delicious, if the Chinese can properly use these spices in Chinese cuisine, and learn from their food cooking methods, especially their desserts, they can expand the taste of Chinese food. For example, Chinese fried rice , Yangzhou fried rice, roasted fried rice, you have never seen fried rice with lamb carrots  nuts and raisins, it is fragrant! Mediterranean fish, that is fresh, all kinds of cheese, Chinese people can』t make it and don』t know how to taste it. If the Chinese put it in Chinese food in the future, such as meat and steamed pancake, add a little bit, braised a little yogurt to the meat, which is rich in fragrance. Chinese nuts are basically made by five nuts pastry in moon cakes. If you also learn Turkish desserts, or Nordic ones, aren't Chinese desserts richer?  Later Jackie goes to China, McDonald's will no longer be only choice! Why is McDonald's junk food so popular?
