設計AI系統要管控風險  Design AI system to manage risk

去東北的時候，導遊告訴我朝鮮就像中國的附庸，誰的附庸？很多年前孟部長去給他們送壽桃的時候，我覺得他們已經是在「黑人」的管轄之下了. 最近幾年朝鮮的作秀, 我覺得是在含沙射影誰! 心裡一寒! 是啊, 別高興的太早，氫彈那是假的，更在眼皮底下，夜長夢多呢！沙特和伊朗兩個伊斯蘭的分支居然一下子翻臉到這個程度，是不是有鷸蚌相爭漁翁得利之嫌？是大亂, 然後大治的節奏嗎？非這樣做不可嗎？拭目以待！做設計的，對某些有高風險的系統，會設置不同的保護層，系統不同領域開放時，也有不同的步驟！如果這些都沒有用，那可能原始設計就已經有問題！就象上次載人飛船，居然在溫度是零下-273度的空間發回的溫度過熱的信息！要麼軟體有問題，要麼通訊link有問題. 我是亂評的！

When I went to the Northeast of China, the tour guide told me that North Korea is like a vassal of China. Whose vassal? The two Islamic branches of Saudi Arabia and Iran are suddenly against each other to this extent. Is there a suspicion that the fishermen takes advantage of  snipe andclam fighting? Is it a  complete  control after big crash? Does it have to be this way? Wait and see! On designing largesystems, for some systems with high risks, different protection layers will be set up. When the system is open in different fields, there are different steps! If all these are not functional, then the original design may already have problems! Just like the last time Chinese manned spaceship, it received signalstelling that temperature is overheated in the space where the temperature really is minus -273 degrees! Either the software has a problem, or the communication link has a problem. It ismy comment!
