In April, 2017 ,I forwarded this message or the stance from  International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims to Canadian  Governments as follows:

However,  these or those torturers, who are living as my neighbors , gathering around and in my workplace, ... madly torture, harass, threaten, terrorize, poison,  murder me by every possible means and with all possible Non-Lethal Weapons, which are classified as weapons of mass destruction by UN in 2002 and 2012, which are defined as weapons of incapacitating targets by UN.

And, UN advised me to file complaints against them twice.

And, International Criminal Court  remained    me and "them" again after 7 times of " Murder" and " Genocide ".

With them, they attack my head, my heart and my hearing. Even, they are attacking my hearing with  Radio Frequency Jammers in my home and in my workplace. My heart rate  jumps  down and up from 53 to 136. My hearing is like a switch. So, I can not sleep and work normally every day.

With EMF and Radio Frequency Weapons, they are  murdering me, especially,  when I sleep or work.
