A: Maybe the reason is that the monks are being asked for Tibet by some Indians. But I have no idea whether Asian Indians want it or American Indians need it.

A: Not necessarily, I guess some products made in US maybe cheaper. For example, lethal weapons, you know so huge amount of them have been sold to other countries and regions.
