How to use HP pocket pc and wireless adapter as a gps

My brother gave me a pocket pc HP h2200  and a asus wireless adapter card in Taiwan.  With those he could use as gps to guide him traveling in USA.  He told me that he download a free US map and deleted it when he went back to Taiwan.  He could not find the freeware anymore and also he forgot how to do the setup.    Please support your know-how!   Thanks!    (I can read Chinese.  My Chinese key-in just happened to have problem}

It's no- brainer. Check the vendor's website and you can e-form of user manual there.
