Biblical Teaching on Love 串珠讀經 - 神愛

Love is one of essential attributes of God and the one mostly related to human being. Without His love, there should be no human being coming to existence; without His love, the sinned men can never avoid falling into the hell. Believe or not, whithout His love, no one can live even for one day in this world.

Let's learn and feel His love revealed in the Holy Bible and move closer to Him.

Genesis 19:19
"Now behold, your servant has found favor in your sight, and you have magnified your lovingkindness, which you have shown me by saving my life; but I cannot escape to the mountains, for the disaster will overtake me and I will die;

Genesis 22:2
He said, "Take now your son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I will tell you."

Genesis 24:12
He said, " O LORD, the God of my master Abraham, please grant me success today, and show lovingkindness to my master Abraham.

Genesis 24:14
now may it be that the girl to whom I say, 'Please let down your jar so that I may drink,' and who answers, 'Drink, and I will water your camels also'--may she be the one whom You have appointed for Your servant Isaac; and by this I will know that You have shown lovingkindness to my master."

Genesis 24:27
He said, " Blessed be the LORD, the God of my master Abraham, who has not forsaken His lovingkindness and His truth toward my master; as for me, the LORD has guided me in the way to the house of my master's brothers."

Genesis 24:67
Then Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent, and he took Rebekah, and she became his wife, and he loved her; thus Isaac was comforted after his mother's death.

Leah conceived and bore a son and named him Reuben, for she said, "Because the LORD has seen my affliction; surely now my husband will love me."

He was deeply attracted to Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the girl and spoke tenderly to her.
