被白人辦公室友欺負新進展

系裡找他談話了，告訴他不可以這樣對待同學，所有的公用物品我都有權使用。他辯解說自己have a bad day。他願意還在我們的辦公室，重新建立好的關係。
我很不滿意。
如果他認識到自己錯了，他該道歉。而他沒有。只是歸咎與have a bad day。他可能還會有很多bad day, 就意味著他還會這樣找事。今天他甚至還很得意。
系裡說可以給我換辦公室。我覺得好的辦公室都沒有了。如果給我換了一個差的，我覺得自己被欺負，又受到了懲罰。
系主任給發了電郵，表示遺憾和不安。 我下周2同系主任談話，不知道是否要求他道歉。因為我諮詢了一個加拿大的大法官，他覺得系裡這樣處理已經無可挑剔了，道歉是永遠不可能的。
哥哥姐姐們，謝謝你們的支持。我是否應該安靜的走開？

bad day my ass, you can go ahead and pop his car tire and say that you have a bad day too.
tell your department chair that you don't wish to share same office with that guy anymore, and he is the person that should move away should there be any new offices available, NOT you. Be polite when you speak to him about what you want, but make sure you are assertive too.
