Biblical Teaching on Grace 聖經論恩典

Salvation we have received comes by grace of God, not by any portion of our deeds. Therefore, we should live thankfully for His grance and devote our life to Him unconditioanlly.

The following verses are biblical teaching on the grace of God, letting us try to understand His unsearchable richness of  grace.

Ezra 9:8

"But now for a brief moment grace has been shown from the LORD our God, to leave us an escaped remnant and to give us a peg in His holy place, that our God may enlighten our eyes and grant us a little reviving in our bondage.

Psalm 45:2

You are fairer than the sons of men; Grace is poured upon Your lips;Therefore God has blessed You forever.

Psalm 84:11

For the LORD God is a sun and shield;The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Proverbs 3:34

Though He scoffs at the scoffers,Yet He gives grace to the afflicted.

Jeremiah 31:2

Thus says the LORD,"The people who survived the sword, Found grace in the wilderness--Israel, when it went to find its rest."

Zechariah 4:7

'What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"'"

Zechariah 12:10

"I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.

Luke 2:40

The Child continued to grow and become strong, increasing in wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.

John 1:14

[ The Word Made Flesh ] And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:16

For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace.

John 1:17

For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.

Acts 4:33

And with great power the apostles were giving testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant grace was upon them all.

Acts 6:8

And Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people.

Acts 11:23

Then when he arrived and witnessed the grace of God, he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with resolute heart to remain true to the Lord;

Acts 13:43
