Citi upgrades Potash Corp of Saskatchewan (NYSE: POT) from Hold to Buy. Price target increased to $178.

Citi analyst says, "We are upgrading Mosaic and PotashCorp to Buy from Hold based on the view that the pending potash contract negotiation with China is likely to settle at +$150/tonne, much better than market expectations of roughly +$100/tonne and our previous thinking of +$60-$100/tonne."
