The comment 1 is the emails for that code dispute. You probably expected Li could list all the evidences in the internal complaint, didn't you think that the internal complaint was only a protest, and not a formal complaint in court, because Li was planned to stay in that corperation at that time. Plus, it was the investigator's responsiblity to ask Li for what really happened, but she selectively interviewed people.
Unless you undersdant a little bit of C language, you would have no knowledge what's going on. by reading that email.
If you blame Li's English ability, you should understand how many foreigners worked in Hi-tech area, they live on their solid tech-skill. If your tech-skill is not that good, of course you have to show your perfect English to keep balance. In another word, if Li could speak perfect English, she would take a different position. After all, her performance reviews showed her great contribution in Raytheon, and that is the foundamental faireness of employment, you worked, so you got paid.
It seemed you ignored some evidence in the article, e.g. Gayle had only Franch litereture degree, Belinda was a 25 years old young girl. Li had worked in three different companies in English before hired by Raytheon.
Another mentality in your word, do you think that Li has to be perfect in everything before persue a discrimination litigation? |
