Actually, just say I am not happy with the pay / remuneration (that they offered or proffered / gave for my job there)

In North America, if you answer like this, your interview will be finished here.  It is no necessary to continue interviewing. Such stupid answer. You are not qualified for any job with 100%.

In north Amercia, you never say any negative words in your answers. You can say like this in positive way: If it is a contract job, it is simple, "The contract ends. Now I am looking for more meaningful job." or you just say " I am looking for more chanllenging job".

Sample Behavioral Interview Questions

We've pulled together a list of common behavioral-interview questions.
One of the keys to success in interviewing is practice, so we encourage you to take the time to work out answers to these questions using one of the suggested methods, such as the STAR approach. Be sure not to memorize answers; the key to interviewing success is simply being prepared for the questions and having a mental outline to follow in responding to each question. For more tips, read our article, Behavioral Interviewing Strategies.

Looking for some sample excellent answers to behavioral interview questions? Then go to our Job Interview Questions Database, where we have traditional, behavioral, and mixed interview questions for both experienced job-seekers and college students and recent grads.

Here is one list of sample behavioral-based interview questions:

Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.

Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills.

Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.

Give me an example of a time when you set a goal and were able to meet or achieve it.

Tell me about a time when you had to use your presentation skills to influence someone's opinion.

Give me a specific example of a time when you had to conform to a policy with which you did not agree.

Please discuss an important written document you were required to complete.

Tell me about a time when you had to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done.

Tell me about a time when you had too many things to do and you were required to prioritize your tasks.

Give me an example of a time when you had to make a split second decision.

What is your typical way of dealing with conflict? Give me an example.

Tell me about a time you were able to successfully deal with another person even when that individual may not have personally liked you (or vice versa).

Tell me about a difficult decision you've made in the last year.

Give me an example of a time when something you tried to accomplish and failed.

Give me an example of when you showed initiative and took the lead.

Tell me about a recent situation in which you had to deal with a very upset customer or co-worker.

Give me an example of a time when you motivated others.

Tell me about a time when you delegated a project effectively.

Give me an example of a time when you used your fact-finding skills to solve a problem.

Tell me about a time when you missed an obvious solution to a problem.

Describe a time when you anticipated potential problems and developed preventive measures.

Tell me about a time when you were forced to make an unpopular decision.

Please tell me about a time you had to fire a friend.

Describe a time when you set your sights too high (or too low).

How can I avoid making the most common interviewing mistakes?
Following are a few tips...

Thoroughly prepare for your interviews.

Present related skills, talents, and accomplishments confidently.

Understand the interviewing strategies used by employers, to respond appropriately to each employer's  of interviewing and perceived requirements of the position.

Use two-way communication appropriate for an interview.

Prepare your questions in advance.

Dress appropriately.

Focus on what you can contribute to the organization rather than what the employer can do for you.

Don't place blame on or be negative about past employers.
Follow up strategically after each interview.

7.What's the pay like?
--- Most stupid question. If the employer doesn't mention it, you never mention it. If the employer asks how much you expect, you may just give a range or answer like this: I beliveve you will pay me based on my qualifications and experiences. It is not the time to negociate your salary.

What is the relationship bewtten "foreign trade" and B.S.理科? Usaually "foreign trade" is B.B. ( Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management 商科)

I attented (attend 只是聽過,出席過, = present, 不一定修完學分) courses -- I did (did=finished 完成了) courses, I did some degree. I did MA.

So this sentence can be rewritten like this:
At university, I did courses in Foreign Trade. I did my BB in 1999.

If you talk with your classmates at Canadian university, you will find they like to tell you they did this and they did that. (學過這學過那,得到過什麼學位,在口語里用did, 書面用received B.A.)
