MSN為什麼不能用了?

我的電腦是WINXP,自動升級XP,升級以後MSN突然連不上了,NETTRANSFER也不可以用,IE也不能用了,只有FIREFOX和NETSCAPE可以看網頁,很奇怪.MSN報的錯誤是80072efd
