I use to excercise a lot, eat whatever I want, and my body fat didn't go down at all. Lift weight will help to build musules and reduce body fat. but it is a hard long way to go. just do it as a habbit.
It is just what I need. I will try to excercise the weight lifting and go buy the pilate DVD ASAP. For sure, I will watch my diet, too.
Hopefully, I can keep going this time.
