    use the noun"Belief" instead of "believe" which is a verb.

Watch the ignorance become your volitional (conditioned) formations
Watch the volitional formations form the cause of your consciousness
Watch the consciousness become the fuel of formation of the body (materiality) and mind (mentality)
Watch the body and mind give rise to your six sense (eye, ears, nose, tongue, body surface, mind) bases
Watch the six sense bases make the sense contacts possible
Watch the body contacts (eye-vision, ear-audition, nose-smell, tongue-taste, body-contact sensation, mind-thought forming and cognition) result in registering of sensation, identifying of sensation, and hence arising of feeling
Watch the feeling become the object of our craving
Watch the continuous craving become our clinging which nourishes our obsession
Watch our clinging perpetuate into arising of every "becoming" and the serial becomings are the appearances of one's birth, ageing and death
Watch the becomings continue again in the chain that starts with our ignorance
