Why my computer can't start autorun

Please help me.
I try to install a program, the cd come with autorun application, but my computer just can't run it. Anybody know why and how to fix it?  Thank you very much

Try to enable Autorun:

From Group Policy:
1)  Click Start - Run - gpedit.msc - OK.


2)  Select Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Autoplay Policies.  


3)  Right-click Turn off Autoplay and choose Properties.
Click Not Configured to Enable Autorun, click apply and OK.


4)  Restart the computer.

From Registry Editor:
1)  Click Start - Run - regedit - OK.


2)  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom



3)  Right click AutoRun and choose Modify.  
(Value Data 0=Disabled or 1=Enabled)


4)  Restart the computer.
