求教有誰用過?

各位:
最近網速越耒越慢, 投訴多次仍不見希望, 就想改換門庭, 但以前沒有關注,—時沒了主意,不知各位有什麼經驗和建議,因怕--簽就是幾年,如果還是麻煩不斷,投訴無門,真是頭痛一件事. 所以求教各位以免投錯胎難改姓. 我住在芝城北郊,我查了下,似乎comecast (我已有它的TV cable)速度最快同樣是$45,但沒用過,有誰用過嗎?聽說有限速規定, 如果用迅雷等會限止下載,不知是否真的?聽說規矩很多但在合同廣告中不說明, 暗中操作. 不知各位先輩都用那家公司產品。我現在是AT&T DSL 每月$45,有時和$l5沒啥區別, 連文字新聞都看不成, 能把人急死!如果有誰指教感激不盡.....

我一直用COMCAST， 速度很快。你現在有comcast公司的TV，建議你使用其網路，還有優惠，前六個月好像之需要$19.99/月，具體價格看你當地COMCAST 公司的廣告。他們公司應該沒有合同的，什麼時候取消都可以，只是在初次安裝的時候要繳納安裝費。COMCAST 用的是CABLE,網路速度比AT&T 等電話線上網速度要快很多。我每天都用迅雷、網路電視，不用擔心限速。強烈推薦。希望以上回答能對您有所助益！

I use COMCAST for many years and I do not have speed problem.  I am thinking your router/modem problem.  Before you change high speed internet service, you should first confirm your router speed.  When you connected online the speed will show up.  If the speed less than 54mb that your router problem.  No matter you change any provider that will be same.  By the way, I suggest you used Intel core 2 duo cpu or better computer.  Also, if you have 64-bit OS (new OS) that real good for multi-tasking.  If you have old 32-bit operating system that could be the major problem.  Hope it could help.

By the way, Comcast did not require long term commitment/contract.  You can drop of any time you want.  The lowest monthly fee (Comcast) is $24.95 that I am using.  I use 4 computer at same time and did not feel slow.  You may pay more or high speed.

reason does really depend on: how many users using camcast in your area ---because comcast only set one cable to each area and it is 10MB speed which will be divided by users. few home users in your area, the average speed will be fatser; if lots users, you will suffered.
DSL's speed is fixed & no "divided" problem ----eventhough it does slow compared with single camcast cable.
