日本另有目的? hidden agenda?

加拿大CBC 報道："Japan donation keeps Cambodia war crimes tribunal afloat"
很多人對此報道有很不同的看法：
有的說日本是好人，有的說日本是另有目的。
有的說日本是spinless.
有位名為「coldbeer」 說：Japan is still not having the courage to face its own crime during the WW2.
They even modify their textbook to cover up their ugly side of history so that their newer generations will not be fully aware of their ugly history。
又說：Japan's donation to Cambodia is just an attemp to buy itself a seat in the UN Security Council.
Canada's peace keeping effort should put Canada ahead of Japan for a seat in the Council.
我很同意日本是另有目的。
