Be like a real Chinese

I think Chinese foreign policy is way too soft.  I suggested long time ago,  
Chinese govt. should send their people to all those inhabited islands and then open to all cruisers, this way ,it automaticaly becomes Chinese territory.
Chinese govt. acts too slow and those officials are bunch of corrupted
useless people. Wasting national assets, such as buying US treasure bonds, sell national  banking assets, the policy makers are bunch of incapable
beareaucratics.
