It was an early morning at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton. The sun was still behind the woods. I spotted this little flower with a bright red color and a white tip. When I approached it, the morning dew was still on the flower. I reorganized that it was a Bleeding Heart. It is so called because the red part of the flower is in a shape of human heart. With the white tip sticking out, it is like a heart that is bleeding. I would add that the morning dew on the flower adds the tears to the Bleeding Heart. By the time I was ready, the sun barely raised above the tree top providing excellent back light to highlight the beauty of this Bleeding Heart.
I thought something metaphorical when I saw the title but actually it was symbolic after reading the text Very good backlighting shot though. It is hard to visualize the morning dew if you didn't mention it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I am glad that you liked it.
When I took the photo the transparent branch really touched me in my heart by a warm and a soft fingure. The outline sketched by the back light transpired the massage of spirit of the little flower.

Hey kid, be cool. Do not get so excited. I thought US is a free country. You can do any thing you want unless it is illegal. (BTW, I want to thank you for letting me know that this web site is a US site.)
You will have to excuse me that I really do not know this site prohibits English. I thought using English is natural on a web site that is in USA. If you have difficulty of reading it, please feel free to skip it. If the web site or its administrator claim officially that English is not allow in this site, I will quit and never come back again.
By the way, 你在這裡秀 Chinese 沒有必要,如果秀的好還可以,秀的不好多丟人呀,你說是不是啊。
Before I forget, sorry to disappoint you that I took this photo myself.
Thanks for your nice comment. Looks like you are an experience photographer yourself. Those are great suggestions. This photo is the original copy. I have a PSed copy that I have dimmed the green leaves on the bottom left side. Since it is a PSed copy I do not want to post it here.
