笨笨熊 thank you so much for digging out this Grand Index for the best that were posted before July 2004. I have modified the coding for superlinks in the first thread cited in the Index and it works now. Some of the links are a bit too old and no long valid. Some more still exist and function well. Have fun!

amnesty, since these are all old links, before July 2004, some of them may have been removed by the hosting websites. just remember, links to webpages and information on the internet can exist only within a certain time period, some can be very long and some can be short.

if you are really interested in a title that is now defunct, you may enter some or all of the words in GOOGLE to search over the internet. in return you will have the latest info and sometimes, surprises.
