Why We Should Stay in Iraq

The United States should remain in Iraq to finish the job we started because it has a moral responsibility to the Iraqi people, we need to be sure the missions we accomplished will be protected, and Iraq will become stable under their new government.

Do you like America's freedoms? I know I do and here are my reasons.

Our job in the first plae was to liberate Iraq and free their people fom oppression and dictatiorship f Saddam Hussein (Staying To Help in Iraq), and to also find weapons of mass destruction.

We accomplished our first mission of liberating the people and getting rid of the terrorists that were working for Saddam. If we eave now without establishing a new government and properly training their mlitry the terrorists wil just take over again and then it wil be the same mess (Vietnam Historians Give Bush Reasons to Stay in Iraq).

Another reason we need to stay is because we have a moral responsibility to Iraq's people. We pummeled and destroyed their country in our efforts to liberate it, and because of this we are responsible for the reconstruction, policing, and reassure that our work will not be undone.

The missions we've accomplished have been taking Saddam out of power, eliminationg most of the insurgents.

We brought freedom to the people. We are also now currently working on establishing a new gobernment.

The media only tells us the bad things that are going on in Iraq.

They only report Amerca's death tolls, you never read in news papers of the accomplishments America is making. Also the Democrats only speak about how much money is being sppent and how George Bush is nly there for oil.

They don't speak of how smoothly the reconsruction and policing is going they only want you to hear the turmoil.

In conclusion we cnnot do so with all of the protesting and lack f support we are getting from the Amercan citizens who think we are there for all the wrong reasons.

We are there because we need to be. If we were there for oil it would have een drilled by now. We wouldn't want to put billions of dollars a year into the war if we were just there to kill.

Our country needs support in time of warm, look at it in different ways other than just believing what the media says. Thank you.
