Try to bring in my understanding of this topic, if you don't mind reading a foreign language.
1. "既然五蘊的緣聚緣散形成了「我」生「我」滅,那麼前世的那個還是不是「我」?
"I" arises from our mind identifying our body-mind interaction as a separate, independent "thing". In reality, this combination of body-mind is an inter-dependent, transient force at play momentarily within the space-time transition, nothing in there can be referred to as independent, or "I". Of course, when this body-mind combines, the "I" becomes an "idea" and "concept" to refer to oneself, similar to we name a plant or an animal or our pet at home. It is very cruel and depressing reality to some people that there is "nothing" there in our body that we can find a permanent "self". But without realizing this reality, holding on the permanent idea of "I" is the root of suffering.
2. 「輪迴」是五蘊中的哪些?如果當世相聚的並不是前世的五蘊,那麼前世的「我」和當世的「我」有什麼關係?
Reincarnation is the movement of energy or action (karmic force), not "the body-mind" or "mind" or "soul or self". With this "perspective", reincarnation is happening all the time, "very moment and every second" even we are alive. The "五蘊" that makes the body-mind right now that we call it "I" or "self" is not contrievable -- 不可得; with this, asking the "I" in the past is same or different than the "I" for the moment is a question out of not understanding the basic principle.
3. 當世的「我」並不具備前世五蘊中的「識」,憑什麼前世的「我」作的孽要當世的「我」來承擔?
「識」is not a permanent thing, same as any other 5 kandas. If you cut your hand a moment ago, you feel pain right now. So the pain is an effect of the cause - cut, and it is not permanent -- the pain is not permanent. Pain is there, but who is suffering or who is experiencing the pain?
