eliminating the serious extending situation of corruption in communist

if everyone  can keep ur clever mind, can he remove his dark sides(CORRUPTION). He never feel lose face, use some words want to cover his criminals.I really want to ask the current constitution how to punish this louses in the office. how many interests did he make for the citizens. Therefore, one of the most urgency is to legislate to restrain the substantial growth of corruption in communist.we need democarcy, probably,more parties are undoubtedly introduced such as national party, labour party. In fact the development in China is in the capitalistic humbling satge. the gov need many helps from the west nations. for the society can be stable to be going on. Like these who are like louses ,for instance 黃局,江則名,陳涼雨are able to destroy our country, as a result, the fierce struggling betweeen people and govenment will be broken out. In my perspective, they have to be deserved capital punishment,as this can carry out the huge result of deterrent , and spread quickly in the communist, even the party will be rescued!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to put an end to the root of the spreading corruption? This is something beyond the control of our ordinary people. But we can do our part to create a enviorment from which those who have taken money under the table should feel shameful for getting something illegally. Now the opposite is the reality, those who have abused his power to collect money feel proud of their wrongdoings.what a shame. So from my perspective education should play a role in the fighting against corruption.
