不過Private Equity Firms 買下來, 把Chrysler大卸八塊:
把 JEEP 賣給 Honda, who does not have a true SUV line
把 truck division 賣給 Nissan, who does not have a strong truck brand
把 Chrysler brand, dealer and distribution network 賣給中國公司, who seeks jump-start in US market.
I don't get it. DaimlerChrysler AG's stock share (DCX) is at years high these days. Tody is at $70.84 per share at the closing. Doesn't its stock shares represent the wellness the company is doing? If such statement is true, why do they want to sell it? Plus DaimlerChrysler is one of the big three in the U.S. How could the Americans let it go this easily?
