××住宅小區B1+B2住宅樓，為普通12層剪力牆結構板式住宅，總建築面積20238.6㎡，檐高34.2m ，是二類高層建築，耐火等級二級 ，抗震烈度按8級設防。由於此工程沒有地下室，且牆體厚度較小，因此混凝土及鋼筋含量比較低，混凝土為0.39m3/㎡，鋼筋為63kg/㎡，比正常指標低一些。但從另一個方面體現了本工程的節能設計，其性價比是很高的。

本設計包括××住宅小區B1+B2樓詳細的計算書及預算書，還包括其施工組織設計。計算書嚴格按照北京市預算定額及費用定額的要求，結合施工圖紙，其造價基本反映了當期工程的造價。施工組織設計在完成本工程與預算的基礎上，充分考慮現場情況及施工時間，做到了合理的施工流程安排。

××   B1+B2 residential buliding unit is the normal 12 floors shearing force wall construction plate type for residential. The total area of structure is 20238.6 ㎡and eave highth is 34.2m.Belonging to class 2 high bulidings, the buliding's fireproof sitisfies class 2 and the antisismique design according to class 8 level. Because of no undercraft and the wall's width is less than normal,the contene of concrete is 0.39m3/㎡ and steel bar is 63kg/㎡, a little smaller than the indicators.But at the same time,the design shows the energy saving idea for the project and the performance price rate is very high.

This design including the detailed calculate account、budget account and contstruction organizadion for ××B1+B2 residential buliding unit.The calculate account strictly according to the requirment of budget and cost quota of Beijing,coupled with consturction drawing, reflects the period cost of the project basically.Based on the accomplishing this project within the budget, fully considering the locale situation and construction time, the construction organization design gives logical construction peocess arrangement.
