China Should Respond Now
I don't agree with this article from the Eastern Time. The US has defined China as its foe. No matter what the US does in diplomacy, internal or external politics or military deployment, they aim at China.
Look at what the the US did in the most recent years, you will never deny its malicious intention:
(1) Starting early 2005, the US has allied Japan economically, politically and militarily. The purpose is to block or to encompass China.
(2) The US has moved large amount of its military means toward the West Pacific on Hawaii and Guam including more aircraft carriers, nuclear submarines, heavy bombers etc. What is the intention of this? I don't have to further irriterate.
(3) Once and again, the US and Japan launched military excercises around China's territorial sea.
(4) Recently, in May of 2005, the US has agreed to help Japan militarily to "protect" the Fisher Island.
The above are only essential diplomatic and military events. Others like economical boycott, blockade or imposing quotas limit on China merchandise are even more frequent. Sey, militarily, diplomatically, and economically, the US is trying all out to chuck up China.
Now, more and more US military establishments and heavy weapons have stationed inside Japan. That is their strategic thinking: To militarily encircle China. In the near future, I can fortell that more and more nuclear weapons like missiles, nuclear submarines and long range nuclear bombers will move into Japan!
What is the response of China? It simply gives nothing for reciprocation. I don't know what is in Chinese leaders' minds? China is facing a very hostile confrontation.
In order to break the blocade, my personal opinions and suggestions are as follows:
First, China should waste no time to establish closer military alliance with Russia. The purpose of the alliance should be as apparent as possible: to mutually resist outer invasion.
Second, China should exchange military bases with friendly nations, especially with Russia.
Third, China should renounce its none-first-use nuclear policy. There are almost seven or eight contries in the world that pocess nuclear powers, why should China alone adopt such a meaningless policy? To renounce such none-first-use policy does not necessarily mean China will attack other first with the nuclear weapon.
Fourth, China should halt the negotiation of the sixth-side-negotiation on N. Korea's nuclear capability. On the reverse, China should intensify N. Korea's nuclear establishment. Apparently, the existance of N. Korea is to China's interest.
Fifth, China should do all out to enlarge nuclear weapon storage. Now, either Russia and the US have stocked more than 10,000 pieces of such weapons, so, why not China can? If time is so hurried to make them, buy them from Russia.
Sixth, China should warn the US that station too mamy of their heavy weapons around China is not helpful to the peace of China and the US. Once a mishap erupts, war is not avoidable to the inner land of America.
Seventh, China should also warn Japan that, once a war breakout, China, in view of the Japan's incessant invasion history, may sweep allover Japan's three main islands as revenge by whatever means are necessary and required.
China should give up all illusions and repond now! |
