Today is Sunday.After breakfast,Ivisit the Capital Zoo with LI Hong,The zoo is four kilometres away from our home.We went there by bus.We started at nine.Fifteen minutes later,we got to the zoo.There were many animals in it,such as elephants,bears,lions,monkeys,birds and so on,We especially like monkeys.I threw some bananas to the monkeys.They seemed very happy.At noon we got back home.

小建議：
句子結束了就是意思表達完了，要用句號。一句話沒說完，可以用連詞繼續說。
永遠都別用"there is", "there are" 開始一個句子。
一段話的時態要一致，除非是描述

比如這句話我每個單詞都知道是什麼意思就是連不成一句話。不清楚這句的中文意思

怎麼會呢。。都是學出來的，可以體會是真！

What idea has the man got = 這個人有什麼主意？

很多時候英文是倒裝語句，所以翻譯過來要再從新安排一下每個詞的位置就是了

可不可以翻譯成：這個人有什麼想法？

當然可以了~

第二句少了個「do」
意思：我們最好做個X射線檢查
在沒做射線檢查前什麼工作都沒法進行
