英語書面表達是考查學生綜合運用能力的方法之一，在中學生英語學習中和中考中有著重要的地位，為了培養和提高中學生的書面表達能力，我們要從頭練起，從基礎抓起，注重學生平時對語言基礎知識的積累和應用，靈活的把教學材料和書面表達結合起來，進行合理訓練，使學生熟練的掌握和運用各種體裁的表達方法和技能，並培養語言意識，循序漸進，激發和提高學生的寫作興趣，不斷提高中學生的英語書面表達能力。

i have made a promise that i will not volunteer english version of any chinese text unless the help seeker accompanies his request with his own english version. however, this time, judging from the contents of the chinese text, i believe it is not business related and it will not be a break of promise for me to offer an english version. and a caveat: since the translation is not exact or "faithful", it should be taken with a grain of salt.

written english is one subject matter in examining students' ability to use the english language and is an important part in high-school students' class learning of english and pass of term (and graduation) exams. to help improve students' written english, we shall emphasize the basics, starting from the simplest. we will give students more training in grammar and other basic skills of the language and encourage students to apply what they have learned from class into writing. we will improve our training to help students master the skills to write english in different s^tyles. for all this, we will use different ways to gradually improve students' conscience and ability to think in english, to stimulate their interest in writing in english, so as to keep their learning of english writing skills in progress.
