我明友發來照片存入我電腦里后不能再讀

我明友發來照片存入我電腦里后不能再讀，我使用如下軟體:
     Pait; Picture it; Adobe Reader ;Windows picture。
都不能出來。其過程如下：
我把E-mail 中的照片都存入我的相冊中，而後打開都顯示 No preview availible。或者顯示告訴我：
    1. Paint cannot read this file.
     This is a valid bitmap file, or its format is not currently supported.

  2.Open with: Windows picture and Fax viewer
                        Paint
                        Internet Explorer
                        Picture it! 7.0
      These four programs cannot support.   

  3. Adobe Reader could open 「SUC50222.JPG」 because it either not a supported
      file type or because the file has been damaged.
我不懂為什麼，請那位能人告訴我如何處理這種情況。
