i remember we have postings of the sort you are looking for. but i can't find them now. however, i have tried an online search at Google with search keyword "how to interview" and got a return page. please click this link to see.
Among the first few returned addresses on the left side is a website at http://www.howtointerview.com/ which seems interesting. you may take a look at it. to the right side of your Google page is a penal for websites Google recommends. some of them are in the business of job interview. you may try them too. it will take some time to find useful information but along with this searching and evaluating process, we can get familiar with the "business".
you can also try a different search-word combination to see where it leads. one example is "job interview" (here, note, the phrase is quoted, as a Google search rule). again, keep an eye on the penal for Google recommented websites.
