So glad to see this hot discussions.
Hard for me to go through every singal thread.
I would come up with my point on the topic here, too.
1. Self introduction.
Try to conclude your words within 3 minutes at most, foucsing on who you are and working experience beyond. It is not good to go to detail unless you are asked.
(Key word: Concise)
2. FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)
- Ur current working experence;
It is better to be prepared as few sections that you are involved, such as beinging with " I am working there as a XXX, Basically I am in charge of (I am doing )the following sections A, B, C.. (Better to temperatorily add some info that the position you are applying for is interesting in )
(Key word: Organization)
- Why do you want to leave your prensent job?
Put stress on the desire for individual interesting. Don't badmouth your current employer and the salary you are paid, this tip is also helpful as you are asked how do you think of your present boss.
(Key word: Individual)
- What is your strength and weakness?
Consider what the traits the postion needs exactly a bit when you speak of your strengths (not always the more, the better). And better to state your weakness as also a strength in interviewer's mind. It's badly that you state the " real weakness" , e.g., not strong in communication, impatient, not so proactive, etc. Instead, such as too strict, a little workaholic... *_*

- Comparing with others, why do you think you are more fit for the position offered?
Part of the above(your advantage) can be cited. for this question, you have to understand what the position implies in terms of applicant quality.
