伊朗有很好的地理位置。北通裏海，南臨印度洋，幾乎把中亞分割成一半，東西不相通。絲綢之路不通過伊朗，根本無法進入東亞和南亞，除非繞道從俄國走。伊朗產油。以前伊朗的宗教是拜火教，在裏海一帶十分盛行。據說，由印度人建立的拜火教，是因為他們看見裏海邊上國家，由於地底下冒出天然氣，遇見空氣而大片燃燒，常年不衰，所以把火作為神聖的東西，所以產生了拜火教。伊朗有長久的歷史，古老的文明。波斯人是很好的工程師。大流士打仗，攻佔當時君士坦丁堡，在黑海波濤洶湧的海峽把船一字排開。這需要很好的數學計算，算準海流的強度和速度，才能夠把船合攏，才可以在上面走大部隊車馬！

Iran has a long history, an ancient civilization. Persians are good engineers. When Darius fought, tried to conquer Constantinople, and he lined up the ships in the rough channel of the Black Sea. This requires very good mathematics calculation, calculate the intensity of current and speed, then can arrange ships into bridges, can walk big army carts and horses on it!
