猶太人孩子讀書目的不是為了進好學校

猶太人孩子們讀書的目的不是為了進好學校，而是為人生事業發展創造條件 The purpose of Jewish children reading is not to enter the school, but to create conditions for the development of life.
中國有這麼多人要管理，不光是法律，還有經濟，統計，金融，都需要一個很懂數學的頭腦。中國人感到人才不足，所以把女孩子都當強人用。可是美國的行業對性別的分工很明確，某些領域是屬於女生的，某些領域男人佔主導地位。而且美國沒有那麼多的人工，這個社會已經商業化到任何事情都要以價值來判斷，日常生活中缺少很多必要的資源，請人是請不起的。記得有一次在公園裡遇見一位帶孩子的媽媽，她是碩士畢業，卻全職在家帶孩子。如果這在中國那是不太可能發生的，高學歷的女生本來少，有了高學歷就應該發揮更大的作用，賺更多的錢支撐家庭。可是在美國，如果夫妻都工作收入高，首先要付很高的稅，如果沒有雙方家庭父母的支持，在美國文化中，老人是沒有義務不太會為孩子帶小孩的，請人又是很貴的，所以沒有多少時間來教育孩子。而如果一方收入高，有人待在家裡，負責家庭一切工作和養育孩子，無形中就相當於一年有12萬收入，既少付稅還可能收入沒差多少，而且孩子成長得比較好。這一點很多大陸人是不理解的。這也是為什麼這邊的猶太人家裡，基本上女子不出去工作，有好多孩子，就算工作也是兼職！猶太人有自己的宗教，大家在一起互相幫助. 有了團隊，男人無論做生意還是辦企業，都比中國人單槍匹馬要多賺很多錢。而且孩子在大家庭里成長，媽媽們互通有無，有各種資源，比較聰明。因為猶太人有自己的企業和網路，所以孩子們讀書的目的不是為了進好學校，而是為人生事業發展創造條件。而我剛來美國的時候，就有上海的人告訴我，不要跟中國人打交道，因為誰知道他們是什麼背景, 會拆台的。中國人多奇怪! 在美國基本上所有的行業都向婦女開放，但是升遷的機會和職業發展的空間對男女就不一樣了。尤其對不能說一口流利的美式英語的人，以及有顏色種族來說，就有瓶頸了。美國是孩子的天堂，除了男孩女孩可以穿有性別特徵的衣服，別的基本上機會相等。

There are so many people in China need to be managed, not only the law, but also the economy, statistics, and finance. They all need a mind that understands mathematics. The Chinese feel that there is not enough talent, so the girls are used as strong human resources. However, the division of labor in the United States is very clear. Some areas belong to girls, and men in some areas dominate. Moreover, there are not so many labors in the United States. This society has been commercialized to judge everything by value. There are not many necessary resources in daily life. People can't afford it. I remember once I met a mother with a child in the park. She graduated from a master's degree but took a full-time home with her children. This is not possible in China, there are few girls with high education. If you have a high degree, you should play a bigger role and earn more money to support the family. However, in the United States, if the husband and wife have high incomes, they must pay a high tax. If there is no support from the parents of both sides, in the American culture, the elderly are not obliged to raise grandchildren. It is very expensive to ask child care, so there is not much time to educate children.  If one party has a high income, some people stay at home, responsible for all the family's work and raising children, it is equivalent to 120,000 income a year, neither paying taxes nor income, and the children grow better. This is not understood by many mainlanders. This is also why the Jewish family here, basically women do not go out to work, they have many children, even if the work is part-time! Jews have their own religion, and everyone helps each other together. With the team, men make more money than the Chinese alone, whether they are doing business or running a business. And the children grow up in the big family, the mothers have access to each other, have various resources, and are smarter. Because Jews have their own businesses and networks, the purpose of children's studying is not to enter the school, but to create conditions for the development of life. When I first came to the United States, someone from Shanghai told me not to deal with the Chinese, because who knows what their background is, they will tear down the stage. How strange the Chinese are! In the United States, almost all industries are open to women, but the opportunities for promotion and the space for career development are different for men and women. Especially for those who can't speak fluent American English, with different color race, there is a bottleneck. The United States is a paradise for children, except boys and girls can wear clothes with gender characteristics, and basically the other opportunities are equal.
