中國人善用自己的資源 Chinese people make good use of their resources
講經濟要先分析一下中國的資源，中國自然資源平乏，渺無人煙的新疆和西藏地區佔了中國五分之二的土地，中國沿海聚集了90%以上的人口，可耕地有限，森林覆蓋率低於全球平均水平，石油資源除了南海也不豐富，中國是產煤大國，有稀有金屬。就礦產資源來說中國比不上俄國和非洲, 但是中國資源最多的就是人. 三十多年前中國改革開放，就是利用人的資源，從勞動密集型產業開始，當時國家窮，市場不大，所以中國吸收外資生產對國外大市場的產品。因為中國勞動力的代成本和知識背景優勢，所以經濟才逐步好轉.這也是我向普京建議的，利用俄國的藝術,音樂,數學方面的人才，向中國廣大的孩子市場提供這方面的教育服務.俄國亞洲四分之三的領土，其中有很多的旅遊休閑資源，因為市場需求不夠沒有什麼經濟效應，也應該向中國廣大的中產階級開放. 你看中國每到逢年過節，旅遊地,度假村都是人滿為患呀！中國要用有限的農田園林，滿足13億人的糧食需求.我記得回國去的時候，上海的七寶甚至有賣魚皮做的零食的。這是把資源用到極限了. 俄國人吃魚不會像中國人那樣吃鰱魚頭的！他們吃魚子醬. 我總是在想，為什麼俄國可以在蘇聯解體后，不用幾年恢復大國地位呢？當然他們有瘦死的駱駝比馬大的，前蘇聯發達的工業體系猶存。但是我覺得更重要的，是他們的在世界上超越別人的優秀的教育體系，二是由此培養出來整體的平均高素質的人才. 就是有這些人才，才能把俄國迅速地再支撐起來. 改革開放初期，中國最優秀的人才出國了，而這批人在國外大多數是不受到欣賞重用的.留在國內的大多數是中高級素質的人才。但是只要有幾個高素質的人領頭，制定正確的前進方向，有強有力的政治集權來支撐，有全中國億萬人的力量和市場，那是powerful的，財富是超幾何級數增加的. 再加上天助我也，如果有有效的方法，可以用無償或者很低的代價，把最先進的技術引進，這樣就免去靠自己的人才培養要達到這樣的高度，或者自己進行創造而可能需要的很長一段時間和所付的很大代價！ 在此基礎上，並對最先進的高科技加以應用，以此作為工具為全世界生產製造產品，在全世界的市場獲利，這是中國成功的經驗.在基礎設施方面，中國成功地在短時間內在全國各地的城鎮鄉村建起了現代化的高樓大廈，鋪設了四通八達的公路，高速鐵路，遍布全國的電網和通訊網，自己生產和引進了千百萬交通車輛，手機和電腦的擁有在世界前列，這是經濟起飛的硬體.

When talking about economy, we must first analyze China's resources. China's natural resources are scarce. The uninhabited Xinjiang and Tibet regions account for two-fifths of China's land. China's coastal areas are home to more than 90% of the population, with limited arable land and low forest coverage. At the global average level, oil resources are not abundant except in the South China Sea. China is a large coal producer and has rare metals. In terms of mineral resources, China is inferior to Russia and Africa, but China』s resources are people. More than 30 years ago, China』s reform and opening up was to use human resources, starting with labor-intensive industries. At that time, the country was poor and the market was not large. Therefore, China absorbs foreign capital to produce products for large foreign markets. The economy has gradually improved because of the low cost of labor and the advantages of labor』s knowledge background in China. This is what I suggested to Putin to use Russian talents in art, music, and mathematics to provide education services in this area of the vast Chinese children market. Russia』s three-quarters of Asia』s territory has a lot of tourism and leisure resources. Because the market demand is not enough, there is no economic effect. It should also be opened to the massive middle class of China. You see, every holiday in China, tourist destinations and resorts are  overcrowded! China needs to use limited farmland and gardens to meet the food needs of 1.3 billion people. I remember when I backed to China, Shanghai town Qibao  even sold snacks made of fish skin. This is the use of resources to the limit. The Russians will surely not eat the silver carp head like the Chinese do! They eat caviar. I always wonder, why can Russia recover its status as a great power in a few years after the collapse of the Soviet Union? Of course, they have lean camels that are bigger than horses, and the developed industrial system of the former Soviet Union still exists. But what I think more important is their excellent education system that surpasses others in the world. The second is to cultivate an overall average of high-quality talents. It is these talents that can quickly push up and reform Russia. In the early days of opening up, China』s best talents went abroad, and most of these people are not appreciated nor selectively used abroad. Most of those who stay in China are middle- and high-level talents. But as long as there are a few high-quality people to take the lead, set the right direction, have a strong political centralization to support, and have the power, and market of hundreds of millions of people in China, that is powerful, and wealth will increase super fast with geometrical rate. In addition, if there is an effective method that you can introduce the most advanced technology at no cost or at a very low price, so as to avoid relying on your own talent training to reach such a high level, or avoid taking a long time and high price paid  if to create by yourself! On this basis, the most advanced high-tech applications are used as a tool to produce products for the world and profit in the world』s markets. This is China』s successful experience. In terms of infrastructure, China has successfully built  modern high-rise buildings in towns and villages across the country  in a short period of time. Roads extending in all directions, high-speed railways, power grids and communication networks all over the country were laid, and millions of transportation vehicles were produced and introduced by themselves. Mobile phones and computers are owned with high percentage in the world. This is the hardware for economic take-off.
