The author opened the thousand-year old and well-sealed "Box" of political philosophy, from which people can see the essence to be or not to be a good politics!
I like one of the author's words: "有哪個國家不曾跌跌撞撞而達到今天的成就"? Essentially, there is not an absolute answer for a good or a not good political system. The distinction is mainly that some systems are managed by more qualied people and some by unqualified people.
When people in management are well-educated (good quality), their management are tended to be succesful, while people are poor-educated (bad quality), they tend to fail im many circumstances. I can not agree more with this.
That people's quality are fundamental in politics in either the democratic or socialist systems are not a new indoctrination but an ancient Chinese philosophy, the ancient Chinese Ru indoctrination that regarded "people" as the center of politics
Confucious's indoctrination should not be repealed by all. Many of them are valuable guidance of the nation and people. Only if China can improve its people's quality could China clean up its messy and corruptive social abnormalities.
