乾貨｜Data Science面試必考3類題！你都會嗎？

Data Science數據科學，是最近幾年火爆的求職領域。根據Glassdoor的數據：2020年美國十佳工作中，Data Science領域佔了2個席位。

不論是從薪水，還是工作滿意度來說，Data Science絕對是一個令人羨慕的職業領域。
小編今天給大家整理了3大DS/DA/DE必問三大類型面試題，對Data Science感興趣的同學，不妨繼續往下看！


01
Technical Interview
通過這一類面試題，公司一般想查看面試者的基本編程能力如何。一般會考這幾類編程語言的題：SQL或者Python/R。

舉個例子:
- Name the types of Indexes of which are available in SQL.
- What is the difference between union and union all? where and having?
- Dynamic programming problem: Now you have 5 types of coins(1,2,3,5,8) and a total sum(a big number, say 589). How many different combinations of coins can you find to reach this total sum?

Coding題目自然逃不過Leetcode，多刷題有利無害。划重點：在面online coding的輪次之前，千萬記得去Glassdoor上看一看有沒有過去的面試者分享過面試題，萬一就遇到原題了呢～

Math/Stats Interview

現在可以把大學期間修的統計/數學課筆記拿出來複習啦，這類面試題考察的是面試者的理工背景如何。
常考的概念: Probability (Conditional Probabilities), Bayes Theorem, Hypothesis Testing, Law of Large numbers, Normal distribution等等。

舉個例子：
-（Facebook真題） There are 50 cards of 5 different colors. Each color has cards numbered between 1 to 10. You pick 2 cards at random. What is the probability that they are not of same color and also not of same number?
- Now assuming you have an A/B testing result reflecting your test result is kind of negative (i.e, p-value ~= 20%). How will you communicate with the product manager?

概率題對大多數中國學生都沒問題，Coursera上Introducation to Statistics and Probability課很不錯，可以快速複習一些統計學基礎知識點。

Product Sense Interview

Product Sense是當下Data Science面試中最常見也是最難的一類題目。大多是圍繞著metrics和如何提高product performance來展開的。說實話這些對於new grads來說非常不友好的因為沒有工作經驗。

小編推薦面試者從下面幾個方向進行思考：
- 如何給用戶創造價值？
- 如何給公司創造價值？
- 如何衡量用戶價值&公司價值？
- 如何根據數據結果進行改進？

舉個例子：
- What new feature would you implement for Product X? If it were launched, how would you measure the feature』s success?
- If after running an A/B testing you find the fact that the desired metric(i.e, Click Through Rate) is going up while another metric is decreasing(i.e., Clicks). How would you make a decision?
