道德經 第六十章 治大國



治大國若烹小鮮。

以道蒞天下，其鬼不神。

非其鬼不神，其神不傷人。

非其神不傷人，聖人亦不傷人。

夫兩不相傷，故德交歸焉。

【現代漢語解析】

治理一個大的國家，就如煎一條小魚。

以天道管治天下，天下的鬼魂不作亂。

不但天下的鬼魂不作亂，天下的神靈也不傷害人民。

不但天下的神靈不傷害人民，聰明的人也不欺負別人。

這樣各不相互傷害，因而人民和諧社會穩定。



Ruling a big country is just like frying a small fish.

When the world is administrated by the laws of heaven, the ghosts cannot make troubles.

Not only the ghosts cannot make troubles, but also the gods cannot hurt people.

Not only the gods cannot hurt people, the wise persons cannot fool other people.

As thus, no people hurt each other, therefore the people live in harmony, and the society is stable.
