在我繼續寫推薦文之前, 我有一個問題要問你. 那些混蛋, 你知道我說的是誰, 你和他們有關係嗎？ (希望不是!) 為什麼保護他們? 他們比野獸更糟糕. 我聽說上海夢想中心的情況很好 ....... 恭喜. 中國人告訴我, 一旦中國政府想做某事, 就必須成功. 他們在那裡有優秀的建築師。毫無疑問。我不是設計師，只是一些建議。我注意到西方人喜歡去酒吧, 而中國人更喜歡茶館。我希望數字上有平衡。通常情況下，釀酒廠，酒吧或餐館是成年人約會，聚集之地，這是一個高端費用。我也希望夢想中心，夢工廠動畫工作室的總部，可以是一個藝術（可能是後來的音樂）教育基地。我記得在蓋蒂博物館，其中一個建築里有一個可以讓你畫畫的角落。他們提供了一個包含5種不同顏色的鉛筆，橡皮擦和尺子。有一張大桌子，有些畫在房間牆上。它為任何想要展示和嘗試的人提供了一個創造性的空間，無論是老年人，年輕人，專業人士還是初學者。它是免費的，你完成後，你也可以隨身帶走，讓博物館蓋印，或者只是把畫留在那裡。他們把好的掛在牆上.......這是一種榮譽。也許你可以在那裡有一個工作室，收費的，讓人們，大多數孩子都試圖在那裡畫畫. 你甚至可以買下好的，再賣掉它！同時，他們的父母可以享受一些下午茶時間。吊欄和滑梯適合年齡較小的孩子。

Before I go on my recommendation, I have a question for you. Those bastards, you know whom I talk about, are you related to them ? (Hope not!) why protect them? They are Worse than beasts. I have heard things go very well in Shanghai dream center....... Congratulations, people in china told me,  once Chinese government wants to do something, it must be successful. They have excellent architects over there. No doubt. I am not the designer, just Some suggestions. I noticed western people like to go bar while Chinese prefer tea house. I hope there is a balance there in numbers.  Normally, brew house, bar or nice restaurants are for adults to date, gather, it is a high end expense. I also hope dream center, the head quarter of dreamworks animation studio, can be an art (may be later music) educational base. I remember in Getty museum, one of the building has a corner that lets you draw. they provide a bag with 5 different color pencils, an eraser and a ruler. There is a big table, some drawing benched in the room. It provides a creative space for any one who wants to show and try, no matter old or young, professional or beginner. It is free, after you finish, you can also take it with you with a museum stamp, or just leave it there. They hang good ones on the wall .,.... It is an honor. Maybe you can have a studio room there, with a price, let people, mostly kids to try to draw there. You can even buy the good ones, sell it! The same time, their parents can enjoy some tea time. The monkey bars and slides are for much younger kids.

中國人有很多藝術品工藝品，比如製作手工製作的傘，刺繡，麵糰娃娃，摺紙，針織，制陶，雕刻等。那些東西，需要親身體驗，和手腦協調，結果非常有成效。孩子們喜歡做那樣的事情。請把它變成文化，而不僅僅是一個看到精美物品。我們已經看到了很多有食物和購物的地方，讓他們親手實踐，開心做吧！也許你可以有一個音樂工作室, 在外面放架鋼琴, 還有其他一些樂器, 提供節目和紙張, 邀請人們可以付費，編歌曲或音樂（最好給他們中國詩歌）。完成後，讓他們演奏自己的歌曲，或者在公眾場合講他們的心情。也許你可以邀請來自世界各地的藝術工藝人，長期，短期，或者僅僅幾天，來展示他們是如何做的，同時讓他們在那裡建立業務聯繫，因為這真的是作廣告的理想位置，銷售他們的產品。讓那些賣家提前預訂，為機會支付費用。並主持一些珠寶表演，（羅納德的女兒將很開心），時裝秀，音樂會，特別活動，以吸引更多的觀眾和遊客。總之，我希望其有更多的文化影響力，而不僅僅只是一個商業場所。請為孩子們提供更多的教育課程......如果他們來了，他們的父母必須來，你肯定會有一個持久的好生意。

Chinese have a lot of art crafts, like making hand made umbrella, embroidery, dough doll, paper folding, knitting, pot making, sculpting, etc.. Those things, require hand on experience, and hand brain coordination. The results are very content fruitful. Kids love to do things like that. Please make it cultural, not just a place to see fancy architecture and have food and shopping. We have seen so many everywhere already. Let they get their hands dirty. Do it! Maybe you can have a music studio, put a piano outside. (Also some other instruments) Invite people come  in to compose either song or music, (better give them give them Chinese poem) with a price, providing program and paper. After they finish, let them play their own song, or whatever they are in the mood for in the public. Maybe you can invite art crafts man from different parts of the world, long term, short term, or maybe just for a few days, to show how they do it, the same time let them have a business connection there, as this is really a perfect location for advertisements, selling their products. Let those sellers reserve in advance, pay for the opportunity. Host some jewelry shows, (Ronald's daughter will be happy), fashion shows, concerts, special events, to attract more audience and visitors. In all, I hope there are more cultural influence than just a commercial place. And please have more educational programs for kids......, if they come, their parents have to come, you are for sure to have a long lasting good business.
