1. Guo』s money is dirty. According to the domestic news agencies of P.R.C, at least two executives of Guo』s Beijing-based companies were arrested for bribery and fraud charges. The court documents shows Guo has deeply involved in the cases. China has asked Interpol, the international police organization, to issue a 「red notice」 to seek Guo』s arrest.

Guo and his representatives did not respond to repeated requests for comment. Now Guo is being investigated for at least 19 major criminal cases include kidnapping, fraud and money laundering.
4. Guo showed fake documents in his express conference on Oct.5th.These so-called documents that were modified by his employees have been proved totally fake. Guo has used these method many times: Chinese authorities sentenced several of his employees for fraud in June. Three employees of Guo told a court in central China』s Henan Province that Guo instructed them to use fake contracts and documents in obtaining almost 1.5 billion yuan ($221 million) of loans. 「Every time we applied for loans, I modified the documents in my computer and signed all the contracts by myself,」 a former employee of Guo said, who was arrested by police in April 2015.
