There』s no beginning
Spontaneously it』s happening
Giordano Bruno was burned to death
The fire sent the world a fresh breath
The twin towers wiped out in the town
However  in over a decade
Did anyone see the frightening dust settled down

In the summer mayflower was gone
Holding high the torch tirelessly
The Statue of Liberty is no longer young
Dark clouds drift pointlessly，like
Bullets with blind eyes running around
Across the silent land, helplessly
a rusty belt grows loud, well
Larks have kept lofty tones
Sing only but the remote rainbow songs

Doesn』t matter whether it』s raining
The temperature is dropping
The leaves are falling
The birds are leaving
The colours are fading

>
Don』t have to wait for the sunset
Nor for complete darkness
All sorts of spirits
Angels demons and ghosts
Are on their ways, Towards
Communities and neighbor hoods
They』re going to knock all the doors

>
In the porch, a candle is lit
Ghosts are all welcome tonight
For all the saints, Pumpkins』 warmth
Is the guidance, and may
Columbus, by sail, be home
Carter, by steamer, be home
Wright, by air, be home

Just a short wait, ping ping pong pong
Here they』re, cracking the door,
The tender cheerful screams
Is a kind of mind-blow
Trick or treat
Of course, treat
Just like the long long long time game
The robbery on the way
Money or life, that was they had to say

Falling in love deeper with the darker
Can sweetness trade the leave of the evil
Can openness keep the essence of the beautiful
What if people wake up next dawn
With blaze and flood tearing the town
The salvation, who may bring
Kung-fu panda, plant corpse
Spider man or vampire bats

沒有從何而起
一切都自然而然
布魯諾被燒死了
那火光卻照亮了整個世界
雙子塔倒下了
經年累月，有誰看見
驚恐的塵埃落地

五月花已經在夏季老去
自由女神還不知疲倦地
擎著那火炬
烏雲掠過
只露著兩隻詭異的眼睛
而雲雀一如既往地
唱著高調
除了關心天邊的彩虹
誰在乎大地心中
滋生的銹跡

下不下雨都無關要緊
氣溫在下降
斑斕在褪色
樹葉在飄零
飛鳥在離去

也不必等到日落西山
或夜幕降臨
各色的神魔鬼妖
魑魅魍魎
已經行在路上
向居民區走來
他們會敲每一扇門

燭火已經點亮
今夜歡迎鬼敲門
溫情的南瓜將指引先賢們
回家的路，猜一猜
哥倫布會揚著帆來嗎
卡特會鳴著汽笛來嗎
萊特合駕著飛機來嗎

等待，叮叮咚咚
門開了，撲面的是
清脆而幼稚的尖叫
招待還是招災
當然是招待
就像路上遇到打劫
舍財免災
這是千百年來的約定俗成

>
越夜越沉醉
糖果的甜蜜會驅離魔鬼的陰魂嗎
敞開的家門會留住先賢的神氣嗎
明天早上醒來
倘若火光四起洪水滔天
誰知道前來救援的是
植物殭屍功夫熊貓
還是
吸血蝙蝠或者蜘蛛俠
