I want to buy a notebook computer. Could you introduce some websites about the information of this, or could you recommend one brand with good properties you think?

It depends on:
1. What you will use the laptop for?
2. What's your budget?
3. What do you care: quality? cost? performance? fashion?....

Some clues:
Basic configuration: Centrino 1.6GHz CPU (since you are a girl), 512 MB memory, 30GB HD (you can buy an external HD if you need more storage), internal wireless card, NIC card, Modem (if you will use dial-up ISP)

If you are a game lover: Good screen and a good vedio card.
If you will use it as a desktop replacement: Faster CPU and more memory
If you care about the quality: IBM, but it will cost you alot more.
If you are a colledge student: go dell, it is cheap and its service is good.
If you care about the brand: Sony is one of your option
If you are strong enough and don't care about the weight: Use P4 or AMD CPU.This kind of laptops usually weight about 8-9lbs. They are pretty heavy but they are cheaper.

If you travel a lot: add more powerful battery and again select Centrino CPU (this kind of laptops usually weight only 4-6lbs).
