全球癌症發病率排名，丹麥第一，美國第七

12日，一網友在微博發布消息，稱自己大學同學留北京者30餘名中8名患癌症，而出國就業者20餘人均無患癌症。此微博在網上熱傳，引來不少媒體關注和網友唏噓。昨天（16日）下午，《北大商業評論》首席編輯鮑迪克發布一條微博，轉載英國《衛報》2011年刊登的各國癌症高發病率排行，其中，全球前十名癌症發病率（每十萬人）的國家排行榜中丹麥第1，美國第7，榜單中不見中國身影，引髮網友熱議。

轉載癌症高發病率國家排行的同時，鮑迪克在回應網友質疑時也給出了中國癌症發病率的數據，「《2012中國腫瘤登記年報》顯示，每年新發腫瘤病例約為312萬例。每10萬人中約250人，全國每分鐘有6人被診斷為癌症。」

網友對數據產生質疑，鮑迪克回應稱「數據沒有問題，因為發達國家人壽命長，所以得癌症比例高。中國也一樣，壽命越長的地區癌症率越高（如壽命最長的上海，癌症發病率全國第一）。」

昨 天下午（16日）16點41分，鮑迪克發布一條微博，內容為：「【全球癌症發病率排名，丹麥第一，美國第七】根據世界癌症研究基金會的數據，全球前十名癌 症發病率（每十萬人）的國家為：丹麥(326)；愛爾蘭(317)；澳大利亞(314)；紐西蘭(309)；比利時(307)；法國(301)；美國 (300)；挪威(299)；加拿大(297)；捷克(295)」。微博最後還附上英國《衛報》2011年刊登的癌症高發病率國家的排行榜（附在文後）。

當 天16點12分，鮑迪克還發布一條《三聯生活周刊》的報道鏈接微博，微博稱「【美國成為癌症超級大國】在2010年，約60萬美國人死於癌症。在美國，三 個女人中和兩個男人中的一個會得癌症。也就是說，40%的美國人將得癌，25%死於癌症——這遠遠超過全球15%死於癌症的比例（當年全世界超過700萬 人死於癌症）。《三聯生活周刊：癌症傳》。」

當天23點44分，鮑迪克又發微博稱：「補充，1，台灣第29名（244），中國大陸未入前 50（211），估計在百名左右，處於全球中位數；2，該排名與人均壽命基本相當，道理很簡單，壽命越長得癌概率越高，所以請勿藉此質疑西方的生活方式、 意識形態和轉基因。」微博后附上世界癌症研究基金會（World Cancer Research Fund International）的世界各國癌症發病率數據和排行。

死亡率一共是100%, 在中國其他疾病死亡率高, 輪到癌症自然就低了.

人都是要死的，不就是100%？
人如果先死於其他病，就不會死於癌症了。所以如果一個國家對其他疾病防治的好，得癌症的機會就可能更高一些。
不過中國統計的可靠性也要考慮。
