I just found this (really funny): yellow-skinned, short-legged Jap, with an awkward haircut.
This was what the New York Times described Naruhito, Japanese crown prince, son of Akihito, when he visited America in early 1990s, if I didn't remember wrong.
and i think the japanese were notorious for their awkward features typical of the above described. plus i still see photos of short-legged japs. as for the hairs-tyle, that is probably symbolic for the jap's "first" family.
